The Catholic Bishops Conference of India President HE Cardinal Mar Cleemis inaugurated the Peace Signature Campaign to mark the 70th anniversary of Hiroshima Nagasaki A-Bombing. Cardinal Mar Cleemis signed for World Peace and offered full support of Catholic Churches and institutions in India. Peace Signatures from all over India, some parts of Sri Lanka and Nepal are being collected to submit before United Nations, New York on August 6.

During the meeting, IARF former President Dr. Thomas Mathew had a brief discussion with Cardinal about the rising religious intolerance across India and verbal accuse about the service of Mother Teresa. Bishop admitted that religious intolerance can be handled only with inter-religious dialogue which is more effective than political solutions.
